Thank you for my new comfort height toilet with soft closing seat.  I prefer to have a higher toilet.

I just want to say a big thank you to both your engineers – they worked very hard, in extremely hot weather, this week, and were friendly and cheerful at all times.

Given the choice, a new boiler was not top of my wish-list but when your 13 year old clunker suddenly runs out of puff all you want is a quick response even in the middle of a pandemic. I have never used Rheams before but the experience was faultless from start to finish.  Quick response, friendly staff and courteous Covid aware installers. No disrespect but I hope my next big expense is on something a little more interesting.

Cheers to Rheams Plumbing and Heating for installing the drainage system in my new build house.  There was some sorting out to do after I had an incompetent plumber the first time.

We have had our boiler serviced by your company for a few years and during the annual check up the engineer discovered a serious fault and disconnected the boiler as it was unsafe.  This was on a Thursday in December and the weather was obviously cold and our heating system was disconnected.  At very short notice your company arranged for a gas fitter, electrician and roofer to install a new boiler and extraction pipework.  This was on the Saturday (their day off).  We were without heating for just a couple of days and we were impressed with the care for our welfare.  Well done!!

I am really pleased with the advice provided by Martin and the professional job undertaken by Rheams (i.e. we love our new non-leaky loo, fixed pipes and renewed flooring!)
