Given the choice, a new boiler was not top of my wish-list but when your 13 year old clunker suddenly runs out of puff all you want is a quick response even in the middle of a pandemic. I have never used Rheams before but the experience was faultless from start to finish.  Quick response, friendly staff and courteous Covid aware installers. We have had our boiler serviced by your company for a few years and during the annual check up the engineer discovered a serious fault and disconnected the boiler as it was unsafe.  This was on a Thursday in December and the weather was obviously cold and our heating system was disconnected.  At very short notice your company arranged for a gas fitter, electrician and roofer to install a new boiler and extraction pipework.  This was on the Saturday (their day off).  We were without heating for just a couple of days and we were impressed with the care for our welfare.  Well done!!
